When it still didn't work, Apple said it was an Adobe problem and gave me the number for Adobe tech support, but Adobe Tech Support wants $39.00 to even discuss the problems installing their free download upgrade!!! I called Apple Tech support and paid $19.00 for help in redoing the download process that I had done several times myself. Unfortunately, I can't seem to accomplish this. com site (to order holiday cards!) I needed to upgrade my Adobe Flash Player from 10.3. I am not a sophisticated computer user, and have relied upon my downloads to access sites which have worked perfectly for the last couple of years until this week when I hit a pop up window saying that in order to be able to access the picaboo.
I want to upgrade from Adobe Flash Player version 10.3.183.43 to the 11.5 version for a Mac OS X, Safari Browser.
